Pomegranate....a touch of healing

       November 2012, when we found out that my father in law was diagnosed by prostate cancer and on December,2012 he was admitted to the hospital for an operation.I asked my self in what way I could help him?I searched the article what is this       "prostate cancer" all about? til i found out that it is a form of cancer that develops into prostate a gland in the male reproductive organ.As the days go by i kept on thinking what could help him cure his prostate cancer....One day I opened my facebook account and appeared on my fb wall this picture of a fruit named Pomegranate, so it caught my attention and read the article and I was so surprised that it is a fruit that can cure prostate cancer as well as breast cancer. It's Pomegranate juice is already known to be active against several cancers too..And I said to my self atlast I found the answer to my problem.So for now I'm looking for a nearest dealer of this pomegranate juice instead of fruits.Hope it would be a great help to my father in law's prostate cancer..

                                                  A DREAM COME TRUE....this is the chance and opportunity that i've been waiting for....given the chance to attend in this kind of training is really a big break for me and i'm so thankful especially to my principal Miss Norbita A. Arevalo for giving me this opportunity..

                    Day 1 of our Excite Training......this picture shows that all of us are really enjoying and just having  fun while attending this EXCITE training program...such have been a long day but a fruitful one for all of us participants. It was indeed an exciting and enjoyable day especially for me for this seminar really enhanced every participant to be more knowledgeable and competent in I.T. especially in MS Excel...Different formulas were taught and explained by the speakers and they were really very approachable and patiently guiding the trainees in every topic they discussed. We don't even noticed that it was already past 5 o'clock in the evening. ..

                             This was just the beginning for all the participants to become more expert and capable I.T. teachers of today...    

   3rd day and as well as our last day (EXCEL lesson) with sir alking sunga and prof.sydney bugarin......CONGRATS Sir Alking and Ma'am Sydney for a JOB WELL DONE!!! —
